Long time TV Talk Show Host Mickey Burns of “Profiles with Mickey Burns” was the supreme Red Carpet Master of Ceremonies at SohoJohnny Presents the 9/11 Let Me a Help, Inc. Fashion and Music Celebrity Benefit Gala Concert in Manhattan, A celebration of NY Fashion Week as well as a 20th anniversary tribute to the 9/11 tragedy. The most professional interviewer on the planet and a mentor to most, Burns announced and controlled all 300 plus celebrities who walked the crimson carpet with grace, style and ease.

Some of the celebrities cascading down the carpet included Sister Kim Sledge, Original Native American of The Village People, Felipe Rose, world renowned composer and pianist Randy Edelman, actor and singer Leon, lead singer of the thrash metal group Anthrax, Joey Belladonna, rising solo artists April Rose Gabrieli, Kreesha Turner, Rocky Kramer, iconic blues singer Jon Butcher, author Howard Bloom, actor Mario Van Peebles, DRMAGDN, Sony recording star Kulick, Billy Hess, Tym Moss, and so many others. The event was produced by SohoJohnny, John Velasco, DRMAGDN, World Star PR with the help of Mickey Burns. A portion of the proceeds was donated to “Operation Warrior Shield” an organization that donates service dogs to wounded veterans.

Mickey Burns has had conversations with more celebrities than stars in the galaxy. He has had nearly 600 episode of Profiles over 20 plus years. He is also an author of “From the Projects to Profiles” a memoir and inspirational manuscript proving that if you work hard your dreams can come true. Burns has interviewed most of the celebrities present at the event as well as Joan Collins, Joan Rivers, Christopher Plummer, Fred Schneider, Davy Jones, Mary Wells, and about 500+ others way too long to mention.

Mickey also had his moments on stage during the main event while thanking all of the celebrities present. He also announced superstar Randy Edelman who became one of the featured highlights of the evening.
