Steven Yeun in Talks to Join the Cast of Jordan Peele’s New Horror Movie for Universal

Fresh off his Oscar nomination for Minari, Steven Yeun (“The Walking Dead,” Mayhem) is now in talks to join the cast of Jordan Peele‘s new movie, Deadline is reporting today.

Keke Palmer (“Scream”) was recently set to star, with Daniel Kaluuya (Get Out) in talks.

The movie is untitled at this time, with plot details under wraps.

Peele teased in Issue #3 of Fangoria that he was planning a film that’d aim to be scarier than both Get Out and Us, which could very well be this mysterious “horror event” movie.

Universal currently has Peele’s new film set for July 22, 2022.

Peele wrote the film and will direct. He’s also producing for Monkeypaw Productions.
