Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom Are Still Figuring Out Where to Raise That Baby

Ahead of the birth of their first child, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are house-hunting for a sprawling multi-million-dollar estate suitable enough to house their new family.

The couple was spotted checking out three massive properties in the very exclusive, luxe neighborhood of Montecito, California over the weekend. According to the Daily Mail, all of the properties had an asking price of around $10 million and up, are at least 10,000 square feet, and come with several acres of land. A big upgrade from the 3,000-square-foot home where they currently reside in nearby Santa Barbara, the city where Perry grew up.

The first home they looked at is a Byzantine-style property with a 8,000-square-foot main residence containing six bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, listed at just under $10 million. It features amenities like a pool, tennis court, bocce ball court, spa, cabana with gym, 1,000-square-foot guest home, and a four-car garage all sitting on five acres.

The second property is a 10,000-square-foot Spanish Colonial Revival on three and a half acres listed for $11 million. The home has ocean views from almost every room, five bedrooms, eight baths, a spa, theater, wine cellar, pool, gym, sports court, and climbing wall. It also has a guest house with two bedrooms and one bath.

Perry and Bloom saved the most expensive estate for last, checking out a $14 million single-level Hollywood regency-style home built in the 1960s with ocean views and two and a half acres. Not only does the property have six bedrooms and seven baths, but an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, pool, two-bedroom guest house, and one-bedroom cabana.

With these three multi-million-dollar homes as their options, the couple really can’t go wrong no matter which they choose, but they better choose soon—their daughter is due to be born any day now.
