Tome 22 Now Available in ‘Dead by Daylight’; Iron Maiden Crossover Coming Next Month [Trailer]

Behaviour Interactive has unleashed more lore and plenty of new outfits for Dead by Daylight with Tome 22: ANGUISH, diving headfirst into the darkness to explore these themes and more with new memories for The Blight and Jane Romero. Along with the lore dump, fans can earn a series of outfits that embody the torment of being trapped within Trials, as well as outfits celebrating the Lunar New Year, more outfits coming to the Artists from The Fog Collection, as well as news that you’ll be able to “Up the Irons” with Iron Maiden-inspired outfits!

As mentioned, Tome 22: ANGUISH for Dead by Daylight follows The Blight as he continues his experiments to better comprehend the sinister nature of a Bleed. Meanwhile, Jane interviews family members of those lost to The Fog, discovering just how far the effects of The Entity can extend beyond its Realm.

As always, players can earn rewards for those willing to venture into The Rift. Those include Ultra Rare Outfits for Jane Romero and The Huntress, as well as outfits for David King, Renato and Thalita Lyra, The Blight, The Plague, and The Knight. That’s on top of the returning Lunar New Year Collection, which adds an eye-catching red and gold Outfit for The Skull Merchant.

Meanwhile on February 4, the Artists from The Fog Collection expands once more with two new looks from community artist DuckieGrumpy. These Outfits for Sable Ward and The Unknown lean into fairytale fantasy, reimagining the characters as a classic storybook pairing.

“My clear inspiration for the designs were the fairytale duo of Little Red Riding Hood and Big Bad Wolf. The idea immediately hit me the moment Sable and The Unknown were released, thinking these two in particular would be perfect for it,” shared DuckieGrumpy on his approach to these new Outfits. “It makes me so happy knowing something I made has been put into a game I’ve adored for years.’’

More outfits are on the way next month, with a new update to the Days Gone By Collection on February 18, as it continues to explore key moments in characters’ lives and will feature new Outfits for Jake Park, The Twins, and The Deathslinger. Finally, The Iron Maiden Collection will also add some new threads on February 25 with two t-shirts for Survivors Sable Ward and Taurie Cain.
