’90s Nicktoons staple Aaahh!! Real Monsters turns 30 this year, and Mondo is celebrating with an action figure set.

It includes Ickis (5.63″), Oblina (8″), and Krumm (5.63″) along with exclusive extras Bonsty (1.95″), Zimbo (3.67″), and Open Mouth Krumm.

Ickis has three heads (happy, sad, scary) and two pairs of arms (neutral, scary). Oblina has three heads (happy, scary, guts) and three pairs of arms (neutral, scary, monster manual). Krumm has two mouths (happy, sad). Three clear figure stands are included.

Limited to 1,000, the set costs $150. It’s expected to ship in January.

Happy Death Day Plush from Kidrobot

It’s always nice to see the newer horror properties get their own merchandise, so props to Kidrobot for adding Happy Death Day to its Phunny line.

Make every day count with the 7.5” Babyface plush doll. Shipping this month, it costs $16.99.

Cuckoo Blu-ray from Neon

Cuckoo was released on Digital this week, but physical media collectors will be happy to know it’s coming to Blu-ray on October 22 from Neon and Decal Releasing.

Tilman Singer (Luz) writes and directs. Hunter Schafer stars with Dan Stevens, Jessica Henwick, Jan Bluthardt, Marton Csokas, and Greta Fernandez.

Meagan Navarro wrote in her review, “It’s so refreshingly unconventional and unpredictable in every way, right down to its raucous, entertainingly silly finale, that it’s hard to care about all of the plot that gets discarded along the way.”

Special features include: The Making of Cuckoo; video diaries; interviews with Shafer, costume designer Frauke Firl, and production designer Dario Mendez Acosta; deleted scenes; teaser; and trailer.

Millennial Nasties by Ariel Powers-Schaub

Horror journalist Ariel Powers-Schaub has published Millennial Nasties: Analyzing a Decade of Brutal Horror Film Violence in hardcover, paperback, and e-book via Encyclopocalypse Publications.

The 204-page book dissects 2000s English-language horror cinema and the cultural events they were responding to. Zobo with a Shotgun’s Zoë Rose Smith provides a foreword.
