Julius was full of determination and followed his strict diet plans. The My 600-lb Life star was able to shed 126 pounds from his controlled meals. However, it wasn’t enough for Dr. Now to qualify him for bariatric surgery. Julius’ weight loss journey almost took a negative turn after his girlfriend left him during the show. Fortunately, his cousin picked him up, and was able to undergo the operation. Julius ended his episode by dropping 400 pounds. His last reported weight was 491 lbs.

Julius Clark kept in touch with the fans after his episode. In February 2023, the My 600-lb Life star sought help on Facebook, looking for a ride in Houston for his surgery. “It’s finally happening. 15 long years,” he added. Julius Clark has yet to share what happened regarding his surgery.
But it seems he’s doing well today, based on his recent posts. In March, the former patient of Dr. Now reposted a meme about the movie Star Wars. He also likes to play video games. He remains discreet regarding his current weight, though his last photos indicate that he has lost much more behind cameras.

Julius has yet to share a new photo of himself this year. However, the My 600-lb Life star surprised the fans after uploading a selfie in 2020, showing a slimmer face. He even dyed his hair blonde, implying that he’s now enjoying his life. Julius Clark also made headlines in 2023 after sharing another photo of himself looking much healthier. He also got back to his black hair and even grew a beard.
