Rihanna Wore a Layered, Pantless Maternity Look In Los Angeles

On Friday night, Rihanna headed to dinner in California wearing one of her famous maternity looks, this time incorporating snakeskin and no pants into the full ensemble. She was reportedly heading to Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica in the layered look.

On her feet were a part of translucent stiletto heels, which emphasized her toned legs as she walked. On top, she wore a grey and white hoodie with the hood up to frame her face, which was done with a natural makeup palette aside from a bright red lip. Over that, she donned a snakeskin print coat, and carried a small black and tan handbag.

The ANTI singer revealed she was expecting her second child with boyfriend A$AP Rocky in February when she performed at the Super Bowl Halftime Show displaying her baby bump and later confirming her pregnancy. Her first baby, a boy named RZA Athelston Mayers, was born in May 2022 and named for rapper RZA from the Wu-Tang Clan. During her previous pregnancy, Rihanna stunned with her fun and sexy maternity looks, and she has not given up on style during round two.

Just the same, she told ET at the Met Gala that this time was “so different” from when she was pregnant with RZA.

“No cravings. Tons of nausea. Everything’s different, but I’m enjoying it,” she explained, adding about her son, “I’m obsessed, and I don’t even feel guilty about it.”

In an interview with British Vogue soon after her second pregnancy reveal, Rihanna talked about how much she loves being a mother.

“It’s everything,” she said. “You really don’t remember life before, that’s the craziest thing ever.”

She said it’s part of why she agreed to perform again at the Super Bowl after having taken quite a bit of time off from appearing on stage.

“It’s this knowing that you can do anything, even things that seem the craziest, like, ‘I’m going to say yes to the Super Bowl in the middle of postpartum?’” she said. “What the heck am I thinking? But you’re geeked on a challenge like that because you know what your body just did. You feel this sense of ‘nothing is impossible.’”
