Kim Chi’s beauty brand has launched at CVS marking a huge milestone.

Drag Race royalty Kim Chi has made herstory with her beauty brand – and we love to see it.

The drag icon’s brand KimChi Chic is launching at CVS stores in the US, marking a huge milestone.

Kim Chi announced the news on Twitter saying: “Didn’t ever think you’d see a POC queer brand at CVS did ya!”.

She added that she was “crying tears of joy” about the launch, saying: “I couldn’t possibly imagine we’d grow this big. Thank you so much to everyone who believes in and loves our brand!!! It truly means a lot!”.

The range is now available from the mainstream cosmetics retailer, with a number of locations already confirmed.

This includes CVS stores throughout the east coast as well as in California and Texas.

Fans can check out which stores you can shop KimChi Chic on the brand’s official website.

Kim Chi’s fellow Drag Race queens were among those to congratulate her on the milestone, including Bianca Del Rio, Brook Lynn Hytes, Lady Camden and Divina De Campo, alongside her fans.

One person responded saying, “omg no this is HUGE”, with another adding, “congrats Kimberly this is so iconic”.

The brand was launched in 2019 in collaboration with NYX founder Toni Ko, and has been released in a number of countries across the globe.

If you’re in the UK and want to shop the brand then it’s available exclusively at Beauty Bay.

The beauty website is home to more than 150 items from the brand, including the collaboration with fellow Drag Race alumni Naomi Smalls.

Other highlights include blush, concealer, lip gloss and accessories, with the branded makeup mirrors available to buy.
