And Now, a “Very Special” Moment With Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk

The parents of little Lea de Seine appeared on the red carpet for Guillermo del Toro’s film Nightmare Alley.

Guess who is again by Bradley Cooper’s side, this time on the premiere red carpet of his new Guillermo del Toro–directed film Nightmare Alley? It’s Irina Shayk, his ex-girlfriend and mother of his four-year-old Lea De Seine. You remember Irina Shayk, who wore a big jumpsuit upon the news of her split from Cooper? Irina Shayk, who went and got a pedicure the same day? Irina Shayk, who maybe dated Kanye West post-Kim Kardashian separation for a little bit? Yes, that Irina Shayk.

Shayk and Cooper appeared as a family for the film’s debut, and Cooper said, “It’s very special.” It’s very special! And it is very special. To have the whole family there together during this holiday season, at the big, scary crime drama with del Toro’s twisted eye. That’s special!

It’s especially special when you realize the big year Cooper has coming up. Beside’s del Torro’s film, P.T. Anderson’s Licorice Pizza is out now and the reviews are…good! Will she be with him for more press? Will she be the Lady Gaga to Cooper’s Oscars campaign this time around? And how much is she showing up for her daughter’s dad, or something more, like a rekindling of sorts?

Hard to say. They have been spending time together generally—a Thanksgiving here, a Nutcracker double date with Anne Hathaway and co. there—but again, it’s the holidays. It’s family time, and they are a family, if a modern one. And the two have always appeared to be pretty good at this co-parenting thing. Regardless of what it all means, it’s all very special.
