Nine Inch Nails’ 1996 Quake Soundtrack Gets First-Ever Vinyl Release

In 1996, Trent Reznor and Nine Inch Nails provided the soundtrack to the 1996 first-person shooter Quake. That soundtrack has now been reissued and is available on vinyl for the first time. The remastered music is out on a double LP and pressed on 180 gram vinyl. Find it here.

Reznor and Atticus Ross’ Oscar-winning score for David Fincher’s 2010 film The Social Network has also received a new vinyl reissue. The “2020 Definitive Edition” double album is available here.

Reznor and Ross are nominated for two Emmy Awards this year for their Watchmen soundtrack. Their Social Network score is included on Pitchfork’s list of “The 50 Best Movie Scores of All Time.”
