Noah Brown of Alaskan Bush People fame has recently been sharing his recent trip back up north with fans. In one recent video, Noah opened up about how his views have changed since making this journey. With the share, fans have also come out defending Noah, sharing compassion during this time in his life.
Alaskan Bush People Fans Have Been Following Noah As He Headed To Mosquito Lake
Viewers were first introduced to members of the Brown family through Discovery Channel’s Alaskan Bush People. The series, which originally ran from 2014 to 2022, saw the family as they lived off the grid in Hoonah, Alaska.
As seen on the show, Noah is the youngest son of Ami and the late Billy Brown. For his part, Noah also has two sons, Eli and Adam. Since his time on the show, Noah has shared a few updates about his life with fans through different outlets, including Instagram and YouTube.

As reported earlier, Noah previously announced a trip to Haines, Alaska. Since then, Noah has uploaded a video sharing a point in his trip.
Throughout the share, while enjoying a tomato, Noah opened up about “rediscovering” who he really was. While having a drink of water, he shared he even preferred the water in Alaska when compared to what he found down “south.” Right before he was set to head back to his camp, he wondered what made it different than even the side of the road he was on.
Noah then took the camera to give viewers a good look at the views he was experiencing. Towards the end, he shared that things stopped bothering him, especially other people’s opinions, at least the things that he felt didn’t need to be cared about. He also noted that the trip was “good” for him.
Taking to social media, many fans shared that they were happy to see Noah enjoy himself. As one fan shared, “I like seeing him recover and become happier and carefree. I’m a little envious.”
Some fans disagreed, comparing the situation to a mid-life crisis and saying he needs to be there for his kids. However, others came to his defense.
Fans Wondered How Appearing On A Reality Show Might Still Impact The Brown Family
As one fan wrote, “I feel sorry for him. I feel like he went back there because he’s lost in ‘the real world.’”
“He doesn’t really know how to survive and provide for a family in it. Maybe trying to go build a more familiar life funded as an influencer. But this content probably won’t sustain that.”

Taking to social media, other fans came to his defense, sharing that the family’s show might still have lingering effects on the family. Some comments included:
- “When the show first came out they were already facing an uphill battle being adults who were unprepared for the real world. The show making them D list celebrities just made things worse.”
- “I feel sorry for all of them. They are 15 year olds stuck in adult bodies. They want to be so badass. Wearing trench coats, doing flips off of shit, spinning swords around, being emo on social media…but they are all 40!”
- “They had no healthy stable example set for them so they revert to what they know.”
- “Enjoy this part of your life! Transition is one of the best times in life.”
- “He is going to inspect, do any needed repairs prior to winter and landscape his investment property. He has a home on his island and needs to do some work to be able to maintain it and safely bring his boys there next summer.”
