Kristin Cavallari is keeping her options open as she heads into 2025.
“She is going out with someone, but it’s not serious,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. “He doesn’t live in Tennessee but has visited her in Nashville.”
The insider adds that Cavallari, 37, has been dating “multiple people” following her split from Mark Estes. “For the most part they aren’t famous,” the source notes, telling Us that Cavallari is embracing her next chapter. “She is enjoying her singlehood.”
Cavallari revealed during the Monday, December 30, episode of the “Dumb Blonde” podcast that she’s been seeing someone. “I’m kinda dating someone else now,” she said. “I’m not going to say who it is, and it’s really new.”
While remaining tight-lipped about the mystery man, Cavallari shared that he’s a “retired athlete.” Cavallari, who separated from former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler in 2020 after seven years of marriage, quipped, “They love me, I think. … I’m a f—ing WAG through and through.” (Cavallari and Cutler share kids Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 9.)
The Laguna Beach alum gushed that her new man is a “good guy” who “checks all the boxes” and is in his 40s with kids from a previous relationship.
“F—, this is what I’ve been needing, so we will see! He’s coming to stay with me in a couple of days,” she said. “He retired a couple of years ago and he has so much depth and I just love talking to him. … We connect on so many different levels, which is awesome.”
Cavallari’s update in her dating life comes months after she and the Montana Boyz member, 24, called it quits. In September, a source confirmed to Us that Cavallari and Estes — who have a 13-year age gap — parted ways.
Following their split, Cavallari said she ended their relationship because she knew it was “not right” long-term.
“It’s not because of love lost or something bad happened. No one cheated. No one was mean. No one did anything,” she said during an October episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast. “Those breakups are always the hardest, I think, because it’s almost easier if the guy does something that makes you hate him.”
As she dipped her toe back into the dating pool, Cavallari said she didn’t want anything “serious” at the moment — but she’s still looking to tie the knot.
“I’m not kidding, though. I’m telling you right now. … My next boyfriend is gonna be my next husband,” Cavallari said on an episode of her podcast in November. “I’m already putting that out there.”
