Moriah Plath has been very cryptic when it comes to her ‘ex-boyfriend’ who broke her heart. While fans have been speculating just who this man is and what he did to her, he took to Instagram live to tell his side of the story. He reveals that the Welcome to Plathville star was homeless when he met her.
Moriah Plath Was Homeless
On Instagram Live tonight, Moriah Plath’s supposed mystery ex-boyfriend, Matthew Craven, finally stepped forward to talk about his experience with the Welcome to Plathville star. Many fans have speculated what happened between him and Moriah. This includes him being married.
During the live, he explains that he was never married. Not only that, but he actively denied several requests for him to appear on Welcome to Plathville.
During the live, Matthew explains his whole story and how Moriah came into his life. According to Matthew, he met Moriah when she worked right across the street from his business. Apparently, when he met her she looked very depressed and he described her as being unwell both mentally and physically. That’s not all though, Matthew also told his viewers that Moriah was homeless when he met her.
He goes on to say that half of her family didn’t know the status of her housing situation. And, he didn’t think that they cared enough to support her.
Of course, Welcome to Plathville airs months after it is filmed. So, Moriah being homeless occurred quite some time ago. However, it seems to be something she didn’t want to share with the public.
Were They Even Dating?
Even more shocking than Moriah being homeless, Matthew reveals that he and Moriah never actually dated. Apparently, he was just a close friend who wanted to be there for the TLC star. According to Angel Howansky, Moriah’s publicist who is also on the live, Moriah was upset that Matthew didn’t want to date her.
“She and I didn’t date. But she wanted to date,” Matthew says on the live.
So, Who Is Matthew?
Matthew Craven is a part-time musician who lives in Florida. While he isn’t married, he does have a son. During the live tonight, he reveals that he wasn’t planning on speaking out about the Plath family at all. However, he is only stepping forward now because custody papers involving his son were leaked publicly.
“That’s personal and that’s private. That’s why I’m on this live,” he says.
