In addition to Nancy Kyes aka Nancy Loomis (Halloween, Halloween II, Assault on Precinct 13, The Fog), the cast also includes Samantha Robinson (The Love Witch, Cam), Zoey Luna (The Craft Legacy), and Naomi Grossman (American Horror Story).

“In this queer horror anthology, 12-year-old Venus runs away from home, but their journey is cut short when their older sister, Jazmin, spots them wheeling a suitcase down the sidewalk. Jazmin then takes Venus on a journey around Ohio, where Jazmin tells supernatural tales whose characters have more in common with Venus than they first realize.”

Hauntology features four ghostly vignettes…

The first is the story of Julian, a young trans woman who casts a spell to become her ideal self. However, a dark spirit involved in the ritual soon becomes obsessed with Julian and tries to invade her life.

The second story surrounds a troubled married couple whose trip to a remote lake house reveals threatening cracks in their foundation. One member of the couple stumbles upon a mysterious grave and discovers its owner has been waiting over a century for her.

The third tale revolves around an up-and-coming art gallery where the paintings of a deceased artist are being forged. However, the artist’s vengeful spirit soon manifests in town, with bloody consequences.

The fourth story tells of a journalist who secures an interview with the eccentric owner of a Victorian mansion. After night falls, the journalist quickly learns why the house is so infamous for its hauntings.

Parker Brennon wrote and directed the upcoming horror movie.
