Real Housewives of New York City alum Jill Zarin is no stranger to plastic surgery and the Bravo star won’t apologize for it. In early June, when people were talking about her being on the GOAT, she revealed that she underwent a facelift. Now, her surgeon has revealed the extent of the work he did.

Real Housewives of New York City fans were irritated when the Bravo alum posted her photo. While some people liked her being transparent about it, others had a big downer on facial enhancement. Those who did seem to relate to the photos that looked rather painful seemed to be in a different income bracket than the average RHONY viewer. So, lots of them slammed her.
As Bravo fans had recently seen Jill Zarin on Below Deck, where the RHONY alum acted ultra-bossy with the crew, the level of snark seemed a bit higher than usual. At the time, fans heard that she had a “lower facelift” and some lipo work done. Now her surgeon described it in more detail.

RHONY Alum’s Doctor Elaborates On Surgery
Real Housewives of New York City fans found, out via Page Six about the extensive facial work done. Her doctor, plastic surgeon Ira Savetsky arranged for the changes to the Bravo star’s face. He told the outlet, that he “designed a personalized facial rejuvenation plan.”
Bravo fans might not have wished to be Jill Zarin in the days following her surgery. However, it seemed that the RHONY star did not suffer too much. Speaking about that soon after the surgery, her doctor said:
She has minimal bruising and swelling, and I expect her results to continue improving over the next several weeks as the swelling subsides.
What was the actual procedure? Well, it sounded quite complex:
The procedure included a dual plane lower facelift and neck lift, which involved repositioning both the skin and underlying muscles to achieve a more youthful look. To enhance her profile, I placed a small chin implant.
The other part of it involved taking some fat and transferring it to her “midface, temples, earlobes and hands.”
While Jill Zarin might not be the most popular person to ever appear on Bravo, she is at least honest. Notably, she has been known to point fingers at those members of the franchise who had facial work done but denied it.
