Earlier this month, Steve-O announced that he would celebrate his 50th birthday by having Post Malone tattoo a penis on his face at Bonnaroo. Well, it indeed happened.
A video posted by TMZ shows the two meeting up ahead of Posty’s headlining performance on Friday night and turning the backstage area into a makeshift tattoo studio. The tattoo was designed earlier this month, but Post had the honors of wielding the needle himself, starting “with the balls,” at Steve-O’s suggestion.
The end product looks like… well, a tattoo of a penis on someone’s face. It’s a bold statement, even for Steve-O, who explained that the reason he got was to “find out how long I last before I tap out and get it lasered off.” He plans to keep it on through at least through his 2024 tour, which kicks off this Friday in Huntsville, Alabama, and runs through the end of August (get tickets here).
