Fortunately, his cousin picked him up, and was able to undergo the operation. Julius ended his episode by dropping 400 pounds. His last reported weight was 491 lbs.

He remains discreet regarding his current weight, though his last photos indicate that he has lost much more behind cameras.

He also got back to his black hair and even grew a beard.
