Valentina Gomez, who’s running for Missouri secretary of state, appears to have lost her job with Nestle Purina after her numerous anti-LGBTQ+ stunts.

Gomez, whose LinkedIn says that she worked in finance at Nestle, which owns the dog food brand, stood in front of a Purina office building while she claimed that she wasn’t fired, she actually fired her former employer. Gomez has recently gotten attention in the media for calling everyone – including the Biden administration – “weak and gay.” Earlier this year, she burned books by LGBTQ+ authors with a flamethrower and posted the video to social media.

“Go woke, go broke,” Gomez said in the video posted to social media yesterday. “This company tried to keep me quiet for speaking up against the pornographic materials in our children’s libraries.”

“Today, I fired them. No amount of money, stock, or bullying will make me compromise my values,” she continued. “So I will never support a company that wants to empower and protect pedophiles and groomers in our schools and libraries.

“So feed your dog something that is not weak and gay,” she concluded. “This is good vs. evil.”

In the responses, someone asked if she “got fired from Nestle.”

“I did the firing,” she responded nonsensically since Nestle never worked for her. Then she got combative: “Feel free to double check so you can stop spreading fake news.”

Gomez has made calling people and things “weak and gay” a theme of her campaign as she tries to stand out in a crowded GOP primary field. She called the Biden administration “weak and gay” and told her followers not to be “weak and gay” in several media and social media appearances.

“In America, you can be anything you want. So don’t be weak and gay. Stay f**king hard,” she said in a video that went viral last month.

She has also claimed that LGBTQ+ library books are “grooming” children in the past. Accusing LGBTQ+ people of “grooming” and child sex abuse is an old stereotype used to justify hatred and discrimination.

“This is what I will do to the grooming books when I become secretary of state,” she said when she took a blowtorch to LGBTQ+ books in February. “These books are from a Missouri public library. They will burn.”
