Justin Timberlake has been announced as the musical guest for the January 27 episode of Saturday Night Live. The episode will be hosted by Dakota Johnson. It will be the second SNL of 2024, following this weekend’s episode with host Jacob Elordi and musical guest Reneé Rapp.

For a time, Timberlake was a Saturday Night Live regular, but he’s not been on the NBC program since December 2013. He has hosted SNL five times, and he has performed on the show six times, including his March 2000 debut with *NSync. Timberlake also showed up on a 2012 episode to impersonate Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon.

Justin Timberlake has not released a new album since 2018’s Man of the Woods. He has, however, released new music, such as the recent *NSync comeback song “Better Place” and the Nelly Furtado and Timbaland collaboration “Keep Going Up.”
