‘Ultraman: Rising’ Teaser Trailer from Netflix Punches a Big Monster, Raises a Little Monster

A sequel to the original classic, Saw X has now been playing in theaters since September 29, and the film only recently fell out of the Top 10 on the domestic box office charts.

Here in the United States, Saw X has scared up $52.7 million to date, while the tenth installment’s worldwide total has officially reached the $100 million milestone this week.

The film’s worldwide total is now $100,653,457. That makes it the eighth film in the franchise to pass $100 million, with only Saw VI and Spiral failing to reach those heights.

With a production budget of just $13 million, Saw X is now hugely profitable for Lionsgate. And we can only assume it won’t be long before Jigsaw returns to the screen.

Meanwhile, Blumhouse’s Five Nights at Freddy’s continues to top the domestic box office charts, even with the film available to stream on Peacock the same day it hit theaters.

The video game adaptation was unleashed on October 27, and to date the domestic total stands at $116 million. Worldwide, Five Nights at Freddy’s has now made $220 million.

Made on a production budget of just $20 million, Five Nights at Freddy’s is proving to be a big time moneymaker for the studio, and a sequel is all but guaranteed at this point.

Stay tuned for more on the future of the Five Nights film franchise.
