Wizkid and Tems were the musical guests on last night’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where they performed their hit single “Essence.” The song, which appears on Wizkid’s latest album Made in Lagos, recently received a Grammy nod for Best Global Music Performance. Made in Lagos came out in October 2020. The Nigerian pop star has since released a deluxe edition of the LP, which is up for Best Global Music Album at the 2022 Grammys. Tems issued her latest EP, If Orange Was a Place, earlier this year.
