Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Arrived at SNL to Support Taylor Swift Looking Sharp

This weekend was Taylor Swift’s musical guest spot on Saturday Night Live, where she broke convention by singing only one long song—her ten-minute version of “All Too Well” off her new album Red (Taylor’s Version). A lot of people showed up to see and support Swift, including her ex, Joe Jonas, and his wife, Sophie Turner, plus her “bestie” Selena Gomez.

Her other good friends, couple Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, arrived at the show’s afterparty at L’Avenue and they both looked sharp and almost matched. Reynolds work grey slacks, a white button-up shirt with a narrow tie, and a long, navy suit jacket. Lively also sported navy, in a figure-hugging dress with a tall collar and a cut out across her chest, paired with brighter blue heels.

Walking beside them, Swift was wearing a houndstooth patterned coat over an all-black outfit. All three wore masks as they walked past the cameras.

While Swift was performing, the film for her recently released song played behind her as she sang, featuring actors Dylan O’Brien and Sadie Sink, who played a younger version of Swift’s character. The video has been a big hit as fans comb it over for Easter eggs and references, which Swift loves to plant in her work.

On Sunday, she dropped a teaser for her next video to be released on Monday morning, and it’s directed by Blake Lively. The new video is for “I Bet You Think About Me (Taylor’s Version) (From The Vault),” and seems to feature a mauled cake and Swift in a red ballgown, so it’s already getting off to a good start.

“SURPRISE! NEW MUSIC VIDEO TOMORROW at 10am ET,” Swift announced on her Instagram. “I finally got to work with the brilliant, brave, & wickedly funny @blakelively on her directorial debut. Join us as we raise a toast, and a little hell.”
