Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Were Seen Mansion-Hunting Together in Los Angeles

Bennifer may or may not be moving in together soon, but Jennifer Lopez is seriously making the move from Miami to Los Angeles with Ben Affleck’s help. The couple was photographed house-hunting Thursday in the California city. Lopez looked at three mansions in the Holmby Hills area with Affleck alongside her, according to TMZ. The outlet ran pics and noted that Bennifer was seen kissing in their car during the real estate trip.

What are these homes like? One, TMZ wrote, was $65 million and absolutely massive: a 31,000 square-foot, 8-bedroom, 12-bathroom estate with a bowling alley. It’s good to be J.Lo.

The outlet was told by a source close to the couple that two months into rekindling their romance, Lopez and Affleck really aren’t moving in together. “The two aren’t ready to shack up together…at least not yet,” TMZ wrote. J.Lo is just buying for herself and potentially upgrading.

TMZ’s update comes after a source told Entertainment Tonight this week that friends of the couple wouldn’t be surprised if they move in together and ultimately end up together. They’re spending all of their free time together and making each other a priority. J.Lo falls hard and has certainly done the same with Ben again this time around. Ben is a guy’s guy and does his own thing, which J.Lo loves. He has his own life and is famous in a different way than she is and is not trying to compete with her by any means. They just support and love each other.”

Earlier this month, a source close to Affleck explained to E! why Lopez and Affleck weren’t rushing to share a place. “Ben is very settled in his home and it’s close by to his kids,” the source said. “Jennifer’s house is also a place she likes being and is a good family home.”

Their relationship is “going well as is,” so there’s no need to take that next step yet, the source added: “They are both back and forth to each other’s homes and live close enough that it’s not an issue.”
