Those of you wondering just what the hold up was for Konami to add Silent Hill merchandise to their eShop that launched earlier this year look to have your prayers answered. After several teases by the shop’s official Twitter, they’ve finally announced that we’ll be getting a whack of Silent Hill-branded stuff later this week.
One such item is a Limited-Edition skateboard deck exclusive to the shop, featuring one of the nurses from the first game. Pre-orders start on June 23rd.
As for the rest, we’ll just have to wait and see. However, some fans have received a newsletter announcing the arrival of the Silent Hill merch, with things such as pillows, hoodies, hats and t-shirts being shown in promo images.
And of course, the big question is whether this is all leading up to a bigger reveal for the franchise. And as always, the rumour mill is still churning. But until Konami gives us something, we just have to perpetually have our fingers crossed.
