What are you most looking forward to from this year’s show?
Well, that’s actually a hard question to answer because we’re doing the show remotely, so I don’t even know what to expect or what’s ahead of us, except that I’ll be in a room with my family and my children will be there. So what I’m looking forward to is actually sharing the experience with my kids and having them there with me.
How is getting ready this year different from years past?
Well, for one thing, everyone is getting tested like a hundred times! second, it’s definitely different with everyone wearing masks and protective gear, it’s not as loose as it was in other years, when we’d start by popping open the champagne. Normally, you get all done up while spending hours with your amazing hair and makeup team. Then you leave and they get to watch you on a red carpet. This year, I’m not even leaving the house! But my rule for the night is that everyone in the house has to be in black tie. Even the kids have to be all dressed up. So it will feel like a special celebration even though we’ll all be at home.
