Three years after Blac Chyna filed a lawsuit against the Kardashian–Jenner family, she just won her first legal battle in the ongoing case.
According to Page Six, a judge ordered Bunim/Murray Productions—the company behind the model’s reality show Rob & Chyna with her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian—to turn over any unaired footage from what would have been the second season of the show. The judge also ruled that unaired footage of Keeping Up With the Kardashians filmed in March 2017 must also be turned over, as it supposedly shows Chyna and Rob working on their relationship and coparenting their daughter, Dream. Chyna’s lawyer Lynne Ciani also told the outlet that the unaired footage from Rob & Chyna will show Rob expressing his love for his then fiancée after she underwent a medical procedure. Bunim/Murray now has 45 days to produce the footage to Chyna and her legal team.
Chyna originally sued the family over accusations of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation, and interference with prospective economic relations in regards to her reality show being canceled. In 2017, Rob, Kris Jenner, and Kim Kardashian West requested a judge to dismiss Chyna’s lawsuit, though they were ultimately denied the motion. While Rob didn’t participate in the recent hearing, his lawyer Marty Singer said in a statement to Page Six, “We have not filed an opposition to the court for this request because the footage has no impact on the case. However, we have requested Blac Chyna’s OnlyFans footage and she has refused to release that footage to us.”
Meanwhile, another of Rob’s exes is making headlines of a very different sort. In an interview with The Sunday Times over the weekend, Rita Ora, who dated the reality star in 2012, revealed she’d completely blanked on their time together. “Oh, I forgot about that,” the pop star replied when asked about Rob. “It was very short-lived. I was so young. It was great. It was fun. It was very, very fun, I guess. That’s all I remember.”
