Chris Brown posted a rare photo with both Aeko and his son’s mother, Ammika Harris! The family of three looked so cute all huddled together, after Aeko’s parents recently reached a ‘turning point.’
Reunited and it looks so cute! Chris Brown, 31, took to his Instagram Story on Nov. 24 and shared a sweet family portrait featuring himself with Ammika Harris, 27, and their one-year-old son Aeko Brown. The family of three snuggled as they posed for the sweet photo, and Chris and his son were even rocking coordinating hoodies.
It’s not clear if this was a throwback photo, since Chris and Ammika recently enjoyed a getaway to Tulum, Mexico with their son in October. The vacation appeared to continue into early November, and a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife at the time that they had been staying “in a private villa on the beach.” It served as a “very positive and healing” reunion for Chris and Ammika too, although their relationship status remains a bit cryptic as they continue to quarantine in different countries (Ammika and Aeko have been staying in Europe since Jan. 2020, and Chris is based in Los Angeles).
“Chris and Ammika haven’t put an official label on where things stand with them right now because they’re still trying to figure out what their next move is,” another source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife at the end of November. “They know the love is there and they’ll always be in each other’s lives obviously, but there are so many variables at this point and everything is still up in the air.”
The vacation in Mexico was also “a turning point” for Chris and Ammika, and “Chris can’t imagine being away from Aeko and he’s doing anything and everything to try and figure out how he and Ammika can be with him in the States on a permanent basis,” the second source also told us. Chris has been happily showing off baby Aeko on Instagram ever since the reunion, which included an adorable photo of the father-son duo that Breezy shared a day before Aeko’s first birthday (which fell on Nov. 21) — you can see the picture above!
