More images from the upcoming Resident Evil film reboot have begun to make their way online. And this time around, Residence of Evil are the ones bringing us the goods, including the first look at the Spencer Mansion!
Previously, we’ve seen a shot of the diner from Resident Evil 2 showing up for the Johannes Roberts-directed effort, which seems to be melding the first two games together in an original effort. Now we have shots of the exterior of the Spencer Mansion (well, part of it), as well as shots of the crashed S.T.A.R.S. helicopter from the first game.
It still isn’t clear how the film will play out, as Resident Evil 2 takes place two months after the events of Resident Evil. But, with the film slated for release next year, part of the fun is waiting to see just how it all comes together.
Resident Evil stars Donal Logue, Kaya Scodelario, Hannah John-Kamen, Robbie Amell, Tom Hopper, Avan Jogia, and Neal McDonough.
