‘Call of Duty’ Game Files Shows ‘Texas Chainsaw’ and ‘Saw’ Operator Packs Are Coming

It seems like more and more live service games get into the spirit of Spooky Season with Halloween-themed content cropping up everywhere, and the juggernaut that is Call of Duty isn’t shy about getting involved this year.

While CoD does have its zombies, Activision’s long-running shooter franchise is bringing some horror-flavored operators to its multiplayer this October.

An update for Modern Warfare and Warzone has revealed two operator packs. One is based on The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and the other on Saw. The packs include character skins that make your gung-ho soldier look like Leatherface or Jigsaw’s creepy little puppet.

An interesting addition to CoD. These characters may be kill-happy, but neither seems like a great fit for a military shooter.

Each pack appears to cost 2.400 GP, and should be officially announced soon.
