Twitter user Dusk Golem has teased more juicy tidbits regarding the as-yet-unannounced Resident Evil 8. Going along with their previous rumours (and the one regarding PSVR support), they also managed to squeeze in something to get the Silent Hill crowd buzzing again after Konami squashed fans’ hopes, and Suehiro Maruo reignited them.
After tweeting that they didn’t know much more about the rumoured return of Silent Hill that they hadn’t already revealed, Dusk Golem stated that the game would apparently be “revealed soon”. Dusk Golem then stated that the RE8 reveal would be one of the darkest and most gruesome entries in the series to date.
In response to another user’s question, Dusk Golem stated that the monster designs for RE8 would be “some of the most disturbing enemy designs” in the series.
I don’t know much on Silent Hill I haven’t shared, but its apparently its revealed soon so I’m looking forward to it. I still believe it from what I was shown, but I do have a healthy skeptic in me.

Again, none of this has been verified by Konami or Capcom, but with Capcom’s continued silence on the matter (including after the leak about the rumoured Resident Evil 4 remake), one has to wonder.
